There are 2 separate categories for the award competition (student and non-student). Applicants must be a member of the SRD. The age of candidates should be 32 or less as of 1st April 2026. No situation limited: e.g., salaried or unsalaried, regular staff or not, full-time or part-time worker, degree (bachelor, master or doctor). The person who engaged in the position besides scientific activities can also apply.
We will also accept applications from members whose research careers have been interrupted due to life events or other reasons. Applicants whose life events or research careers need to be considered will be asked to submit a curriculum vitae and a letter of recommendation from their advisor (or principal investigator). Details on document format will be provided at a later date. The acceptance of entries and categorization will be deliberated by the Program Committee and the conference secretariat.
To encourage many young researchers, once awarded in the past, he/she cannot apply within the next 2 years. Application with substantially the same research that has previously received an award from any other academic societies will not be accepted. The presentation or award will be revoked if you do not meet the application requirement.
• Evaluation Method
In each of the two categories, a primary review based on abstracts will be conducted for all submitted presentations. Selected presentations will then undergo a secondary review through oral presentations (determining the Outstanding Presentation Award winner in each category). - Access to the venue
