The Society for Reproduction and Development (SRD)
Change of the society name has been adopted at the general meeting held on September 19, 2008. The current society name “The Japanese Society of Animal Reproduction (JSAR)” will be changed to “Society for Reproduction and Development (SRD)” at January 1st, 2009.
The publication “the Journal of Reproduction and Development (JRD)” will have no changes.
Your continued support to SRD will be greatly appreciated.

日本繁殖生物学会会員各位

このたびISIから機関誌「Journal of Reproduction and Development」の2007年度のimpact factorが1.466であることが公表されました。
2005年1.300、2006年は1.190でしたが、会員各位が素晴らしい論文をご投稿くださったおかげで向上することができました。
今後ともどうか宜しくご支援を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

本年5月24日、25日にハワイ島で、World Congress on Reproductive Biology (WCRB)が米国のSociety for the Study of Reproduction (SSR)、英国のSociety for Reproduction and Fertility (SRF)、オーストラリアのSociety for Reproductive Biology (SRB)と日本繁殖生物学会の共催で開催されました。

西原眞杉（東京大学大学院農学生命科学研究科）
本年4月から3年間、 理事長を務めさせていただくことになりました。本学会も佐藤英明前理事長のご努力で、今まさに国際化に向かって大きく踏み出しています。今期もその方向性 を堅持するとともに、国内にあっては様々な分野の、そして様々な年代の会員相互の交流をより深め、活発な学会として発展してゆくことができればと思ってい ます。
平成18年4月1日より日本繁殖生物学会の事務局が下記の通り変更されました。
