Biology開催に関する情報をいただきましたので、ご案内いたします。

World Congress on Reproductive Biology – 9-12 October 2011, Cairns, Australia

As you will be aware, the WCRB is to be held from 9th-12 October 2011 in Cairns, Australia. This meeting is being jointly sponsored by SRF – further details can be found at the WCRB website as follows:

Whilst registration dates for the meeting have yet to be finalised, key dates to note are:

Abstracts open: February 2011

Abstracts close: 3rd June 2011 (for orals), 15th July 2011 (for posters)

Abstract acceptance notices: 18th July 2011

Earlybird Registration expiry: 29th July 2011

The subject of funding for the WCRB meeting was discussed by the SRF Council at a meeting held last week. We are pleased to confirm that funding will be available to members wishing to attend this meeting providing they are taking an active part in the meeting i.e. chairing a session, being an invited speaker or presenting work.

Funding will be capped at £750:00 and applications for these funds must be made in advance using the travel grant method. The appropriate forms for this can be found on the SRF website using this link: http://www.srf-reproduction.org/forms/travelgrant.htm

Applications for travel grants must be made in advance of the WCRB meeting.

You should only apply for a travel grant to attend the WCRB if you are chairing a session, an invited speaker or if your abstract has been accepted (the organisers will advise this on the 18th July 2011 – see above). Once you have received notification that your abstract has been accepted you should then apply for the travel grant as soon as possible thereafter as the closing date for travel grant applications will be the 15th September 2011. The Education & Development Committee will then be in a position to confirm that your application has been successful shortly thereafter.

We are pleased to announce that the 7th annual meeting of the Asia Reproductive Biotechnology Society will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from November 8 to 12 November, 2010. The theme of this year’s meeting is “21th Century ART in Asia: Application in Agriculture, dedicine and Wildlife Conservation”. Onsite registration will begin on November 7, followed by the scientific program from November 8 to 10, and postconference activities on November 11 to 12, 2010.

Attached file is the first announcement of 2010 ARBS meeting.

The abstracts submission deadline of the 7th Annual Meeting of the Asian Reproductive Biotechnology Society is Augurst 31, 2010. The details of the programs will be updated on the ARBS website at: http://www.cdb.riken.go.jp/arb/.
