The scientific program features a who’s-who of international stars in animal reproduction presenting in 4 Plenary Sessions, 12 Symposia, and

The Congress will begin with our opening keynote address by Matthew Cobb (author of “Generation”) on “The discovery of the sperm and egg: An amazing 10 years”, followed immediately by the ICAR 2012 Simmet Prize address by John Aitken on “New horizons on an old landscape – oxidative stress, DNA damage and apoptosis in the male germ line”. Over the following 4 days, more than
50 invited speakers will present on topics that span the breadth of reproduction in large animals and small, domestic and wild, culminating with our closing keynote speaker Stephen J O’Brien (author of “Tears of the Cheetah”) who will present “A Moving Landscape of Wildlife Genetics”.
