Meeting

The109th SRD Meeting Organizing Members are pleased to invite you to the SRD annual meeting. The main meeting will be held at Azabu University from 12 to 15 September 2016. At the Sagamihara Meeting we ensure enough time for oral and poster presentations to guarantee the opportunities for the sufficient discussion as we did in the past meetings.

  • Honorary member: Free Regular & Silver member: 5,000 yen (early application) / 6,000 yen (at the registration desk); Student member: 3,000 yen (early application) / 3,500 yen (at the registration desk); Non-member: 6,500 yen Registration fees include a printed copy of the proceedings, and they will be payable online.

  • 6. Abstract submission
  • May 18 (Wed) 14:00–June 15 (Wed) 14:00 JST (in a plan)
    Abstracts for regular presentation and the competition (for SRD Outstanding Presentation Award) must be submitted during the above-mentioned term. They must be written in English or Japanese. The first author and presenter must be members of SRD. For the membership registration process, please contact the SRD office (info@reproduction.jp).
  • 7. Application qualification for competition for SRD Outstanding Presentation Award
  • Age should be 32 or less as of April 1, 2016. No situation limited: e.g. salaried or unsalaried, regular staff or not, full time or part time, degree (bachelor, master or doctor). The person who engaged the position beside scientific activities can also apply. However, once awarded in the past, he/she cannot apply within 2 years.
  • 8. Presentation
  • Oral or poster presentation can be chosen at the time of submission in both regular presentation and competition. Both types of presentations will be carried out in English or Japanese. We will provide projector connecting to a PC in the oral presentation rooms.
  • 9. Further information
  • We will provide more detailed information in Circulars 2 and 3, which should become available in April and July 2016, respectively. Also we will inform the details of abstract submission in Circular 2.
